ALJOSA PASIC current position is Technology Transfer Director in Atos Research & Innovation (ARI), based in Madrid, Spain. He graduated Information Technology at Electro technical Faculty of Technical University Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and has been working for Cap Gemini (Utrecht, The Netherlands) until the end of 1998. In 1999 he moved to Sema Group (now part of Atos) where he occupied different positions. During this period he was participating in more than 50 international research, innovation or consulting projects, mainly related to the areas of information security or e-government. Patrice Duboé has been working in Innovation & Technology for more than 20 years in multicultural environments. He is now Innovation Vice President within the CTO Office of Capgemini and leading the Global Architects community gathering more than 3000 Business & Technology experts in over 40 countries. He has been training & coaching enterprise architects & technology experts for Capgemini & global clients over the last 15 years. Highly involved in Innovation & Digital Transformation programs, he is committed to leveraging Technology Innovation as a Business Value key for global customers. Dave Millner BSc (Hons) Psych, FCIPD, ACIB HR Futurist and Executive Consulting Partner Dave is an Occupational Psychologist with IBM with nearly 30 years HR and consulting experience working with global clients on their performance, employee engagement and organizational development based challenges. Dave has a real passion regarding the transformation of HR functions and the need for a more commercially focused response to client demands and the role that analytics and new ways of thinking can help to change the perceptions of HR. Dave has been regularly recognized as a key global influencer in the HR social media space via @HRCurator.
John is one of the top 100 global influencers in the workplace field and is widely recognised as the world’s foremost thought-leader on the changing nature of work and effective business operation. Drawing on a 35-year board-level career with IBM and MCI, John implicitly understands that opportunities for innovation and investment must continually balance the need to act quickly. John is a prolific author with the world’s single largest research output on the changing nature of work – some 130 titles to date and counting. John is a founder of the UK’s Workplace Evolutionaries, a coalescing of foremost thought leaders and disruptive thinkers in the widest workplace arena under the umbrella of RICS and IFMA. The goal is to bring together emboldened individuals from ‘connected’ disciplines and design a formula for improved work interaction and integration. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a visiting fellow at three prestige universities, to-date John and his colleagues at Quora have inspired more than 350 organisations to innovate new work practices. Quora is a unique business consultancy and provider of strategic solutions whose forte is inspiring business leaders to transform workplaces and work practices through precision analytics and compelling methodologies. Jesus is Cloud Data Management Director of Oracle Corporation, responsible for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He has been at Oracle since 2001 on different roles including Sales Consulting and Business Development. Based in Madrid, Jesus is directly engaged in the success of the Oracle’s Data Management Platform. He does this by advising customers on the best technology to extract the maximum business value from their data infrastructure. He participates in multiple advisory boards and bridges the Oracle Product Management teams with customers to satisfy the most critical demands of modern organizations.
Enrico Palumbo is HR Director and Member of the Management Board of SAP (Switzerland) AG. Over the last 15 years Enrico worked in different HR roles and functions including HR Business Partner, Center of Expertise and Shared Services in leadership roles, as project manager and business consultant in different industries and geographies. He lived in Germany, Czech Republic and Italy and worked on projects in Austria, China, India, Romania, and South Africa. He is an active member of the SAP Internal Coaching pool. Enrico studied Social Sciences in Munich (Germany) and Venice (Italy) and completed a post-graduate program on Business Administration at the OU Business School in Milton Keynes (UK). His current areas of interest are: Mixed reality applications for HR, Future of Work, Bias-free organizational design.
Jeremy Neuner builds strong communities. From flying helicopters in the U.S. Navy, to working in local economic development, to founding the company NextSpace, to working at Google, Jeremy creates great teams and imagines collaborative environments where they can thrive. Jeremy is the co-author of The Rise of the Naked Economy: How to Benefit From the Changing Workplace (U.S. edition published 2013; Chinese edition published 2016). He is also a frequent speaker on the future of work and the workplace. He has spoken at The Aspen Institute (where he is a fellow of the Business and Society Program), the Agile Workplace Conference (keynote), the Next Generation Workplace Conference (keynote), the Global Workspace Association, and many other industry events. Jeremy was honored to give the TEDx Talk “The Office is Obsolete” in 2016. Jeremy holds degrees from Georgetown University and Harvard University, but he’s learned the most by playing LEGO’s with his kids. Fun facts: Jeremy can juggle flaming torches, has climbed Mt. Fuji twice, and considers himself an expert rock-paper-scissors player. #1 item on his bucket list: riding his bicycle across the United States (someday!)
Part of a global and diverse team, Sudhir is involved in workplace strategies which support the business and creates experiences for employees which is of a world class standard. Armed with a double master degree and a wealth of experience, he brings his open collaborative ideas to the table, to enable and empower the user to make informed choices of his/her surroundings, in order to reach his/her potential. As the Design Lead on global projects, critical understanding of the what makes a workplace tick, to help increase productivity & efficiency while driving a user friendly design is the core of his work at The LEGO Group
Juan Tinoco started his professional career in the customer service and logistics area in Procter & Gamble, moving later on to HR in the industrial division developing the HR function in two different production plants. After 7 years overall at P&G, he developed sales and organisation consultancy expertise as project manager in development systems in many different companies and sectors. Juan moved back to the HR function by joining Red Bull as HR director Spain to set up the department in the country. He was later promoted to HR director Southern Europe, based in Red Bull HQ in Austria, leading the HR strategy of 11 countries. He also worked as global talent manager in the HQ before moving back to Spain where he is HR director for Spain and Portugal at LG Electronics. He is the first HR Director to be certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) within the Top Employers companies in Spain and is collaborating with the company 2mProgress to expand this certification in Spain and Europe
