Andre de Wit is a motivational and experienced speaker, regarded for the combination of global successful operational leadership experience and strategic Human Resource experience in leading international companies. On the speaker’s platform, he is engaging and passionate. His blend of power and warmth, as well as knowledge and instinct, translates into messages that are informative, entertaining, and practical. Andre until recently served as Vice President Learning and Capability Building for the Carlsberg-group, an internationally Beer-brewing company with 45.000 employees and factories in 40 countries mainly in North-, Western- & Eastern Europe and Asia. Carlsberg, which has his home base in Copenhagen Denmark, is currently the 3rd biggest beer-brewing company in the world. The topics Andre speaks about in conferences are the relationship between the changing the world (10 to 20 years perspective) and the demands this will have on future Leadership. He will share within his area of expertise the ways these future demands on Leadership can be included in a Leadership Development Strategy. The latest practical example is the “Learning Leaders Program” that he developed and implemented for the Carlsberg-group.
Bas Evers is a modern leader that is passionate to get the best out of the team by inspiring and motivating them to create maximum value together. Bas is part of the team and close to the customers. He loves developing new outside-the-box opportunities and to see people growing their ‘boxes’. Bas has been able to get great team spirit and customer loyalty and (over)achieve targets in many years as a result. He has been part of Diversey for the past 16 years, a market leader in providing total cleaning solution, where he has held several leading roles. His most recent role is commercial director in the Netherlands. Prior to Diversey, Bas has been consultant and this is still visible in the approach towards customers where he’s always seeking to develop new value; aiming to grow the pie instead of fighting who get’s which slice.
Jan Rijken is the director of CrossKnowledge\'s Corporate Learning Institute. CrossKnowledge is a multi-awarded learning company that is part of the Wiley family. He is an experienced talent and learning professional with strong business and human capital impact in complex organizations> Jan was Chief Learning Officer for KPMG, ABN Amro & Mercedes-Benz. He is a recognized thought leader in the Learning & Talent community. Jan\'s areas of expertise and experience include corporate learning transformation & strategy, talent management, leadership development and change management. As Director of the Corporate Learning Institute, Jan\'s main goal is to share his experience and knowledge and build a learning leader community. Donatella de Vita graduated in Philosophy from the State University of Milan in middle 80\'s, later obtaining a PhD in Work Psychology. She subsequently worked in the fields of selection and management training for the La Rinascente Group and Deutsche Bank Italy. In 90\' she joined the Pirelli Group, where she has run international projects in training, development and internal communications. From 2000 she took different global positions as Head of HR Department of various Business Units and Affiliates at international level. Since beginning of 2011 she took on Group-wide responsibility for Learning, Engagement and Welfare. Moreover she often holds lessons and conferences at the Milano Bicocca University, Department of Science of Learning, and in various Business Schools. From 2015 she has been appointed by EFMD as Corporate member of EQUIS Accreditation global organization and periodically involved in the Business Schools EQUIS accreditation or re-accreditation processes.
Mirjam Neelen is a Learning Advisory Manager with over 10 years of industry experience, working at companies such as Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Google, the Learnovate Centre, and now Accenture. In her current role, she leads the learning experience design processes across Accenture’s various business entities globally. Mirjam analyses business and performance challenges in close collaboration with her clients and manages the front-end design processes, working with other Accenture Learning teams. Mirjam is a proud advocate for evidence-informed approaches to learning design and has a collaborative blog with Paul A. She has worked on a wide variety of projects, including xAPI, competency assessment and analytics, learning experience audits, learning design models, and learning intervention taxonomies. She presents about her work regularly. She has completed an MSc in Learning Sciences, an MA in Psycholinguistics and a BA in Speech Therapy. She started her career as a Speech Therapist, working with adults with aphasia and children with various neurological disorders.
Karel Driesse is the Corporate Learning Architect at ASML. To be able to make high innovative products well skilled people are equally important on all aspects. With others it is his task to bring employees up to speed and keep up to speed within the ASML environment. In his session he will, together with you, look into a few aspects of how learning can be fun and engaging within ASML.
Tim Burmeister is a Learning Professional with 15+ years’ experience in the Learning and Performance field and has worked in companies such as Accenture, Apple, Barclays, MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group and others. Tim is wearing several hats, being a Strategist & Disrupter, Evangelist & Storyteller, Innovator & Thought Leader, Business facilitator and Technologist. In his current role as a Learning Transformation Manager at GP Strategies, he is supporting clients to transform their Learning experiences and helping to design modern workplace Learner Journeys. Rosane Galvao is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, graduated in Psychology and holding diplomas of a post-graduation in Marketing, an MBA in Brazil and a short-term MBA in Spain. She started her career in Xerox, in Brazil, where she had the opportunity of navigating through a number of Functions, such as HR, Marketing, Customer Service, in different roles, as well as leading Lean Six Sigma projects in Finance, HR and Supply Chain. In 2007 she joined Unilever in Brazil to head Sales Training for LATAM, and then moved to the headquarters in The Netherlands to expand the role to a global level. She joined Nestlé in 2012, in Switzerland, as the Global Head of Functional Training & Learning, also looking after the Education & Training Pillar as a Master Pillar Leader, in the organization of Nestlé Continuous Excellence. Her challenges in this role include to design and deploy the Nestlé Way of Learning, supporting all Functions in the Center and Markets worldwide. Rosane has a differentiated profile that comprises experience in HR and in other Functions as well and a mindset of innovation that drives her focus on the future of learning and the redefinition of the L&D space, while addressing business needs and enabling performance at the same time.
